Use the search bar to enter a city, state or ZIP, then set a search radius. You can also browse by property type from the homepage.
How do I filter by price or size?
On the search results page, open the filters panel to narrow by price, square feet, cap rate, amenities, year built and more.
Can I save a search for later?
Yes — click "Save Search" on the results page, then create an email alert from your dashboard so you never miss new listings.
How do I save a property?
Click the heart icon on any property card or detail page while signed in. Saved properties appear in your dashboard.
What are property alerts?
Alerts email you when new properties match a saved search. Set a daily, weekly or instant frequency from your alerts page.
How do I place a bid?
Sign in, open a live auction and enter an amount at or above the minimum. Your bid is immediately binding and updated on the leaderboard.
When does an auction end?
Each auction shows a live countdown. Bids placed after the end time are not accepted.
Is it free to list?
Yes — listing a property for sale or lease is completely free. You only provide contact details and upload photos.
How long until my listing goes live?
Our team reviews every listing for accuracy, usually within one business day.
How do I sell a business?
Use the same "List a Property" form and describe the business. Our team will help you categorize it correctly.

Click "Forgot password" on the sign-in page and follow the link emailed to you.

Create an account, then add your brokerage details from your profile. Contact us to get verified and featured.
Are listings verified?
Every listing is manually reviewed before going live. Brokers marked "Verified" have completed identity verification.
How do I report a bad listing?
Use the contact form and select "Report a listing" in the subject to flag anything inaccurate or suspicious.
